  • Phone & Video Consults

    Schedule time to speak with Ani about your access needs. This general consultation is a flexible option for clients who are interested in learning more about accessibility and how they can support people with a range of access needs in their space. 

Pricing: For first-time clients the first 15 minutes are free with any remaining time billed by the half hour at $200 per hour. Best For: First time clients who want to learn more about accessibility. Clients needing general direction and support building next steps. 

  • ACCESSIBILITY STATEMENTS

    Statements are tools communicating the access features of your space and/or event to both guests and staff. They signal to guests with a range of access needs what will be available, how to request access, and opens the communication lines improving general usability of your space and the experience for all involved. Statements become living documents that allow staff to build additional communication tools, staff trainings, and strategize both short term and long term improvements. This process includes a site visit, a limited accessibility audit, and working sessions with staff to ensure that the statement captures the space and operations with integrity. 

    Pricing: Statements typically start at $1,500. Best for: Events, performance venues, art galleries & exhibitions, & hospitality.

  • ACCESSIBILITY AUDITS

    A comprehensive audit of your policies and space (either physical or online) that considers access beyond ADA compliance. Key takeaways and improvements will be provided to help you create a more welcoming, usable, and equitable space, culture, and operations. Audit components will be tailored to your unique needs with many aspects informing and interacting with one another. Potential Audit Components: Physical/Virtual Space, Communications & Social Media, Policies & Operations, Staff Care & Support

    Pricing: Audits typically begin at $2,500 and are priced based on timeline, size and complexity of space and operation, and number of components requested. Any implementation or communication tools created from the audit will be billed separately. Best For: Performance venues, art galleries & exhibitions, hospitality, & small businesses.

  • EVENT ACCESS COORDINATION & CONSULTATION

    Ensure that your event is accessible for everyone during the planning and execution stages. Services for event work range from site visits, developing a specific accessibility strategy, coordinating services, reviewing communications, and on-site access coordination during the event itself.

    Pricing: Access coordination starts at $1,000 and is priced based on timeline, support needed, and size and complexity of the event operations. Day of support begins at $750 for a half day, and $1500 for a full day. Best For: Temporary or pop-up events, concerts, conferences, and festivals. 

  • WORKSHOPS & WORKING SESSIONS

    Schedule a workshop and working session to help your team understand and investigate concepts related to disability, age, accessibility and working towards inclusion.

    Pricing: workshops start at a minimum of $500 with sessions priced per hour. Best For: Creative teams of all types interested in reflecting and recognizing where belonging, disability, aging, and care show up in their work and culture.
